he/she places the indicated type of information. Upon creation of a memorial data are filled
in for the respective deceased person and a fee is paid depending on the type of the
memorial. Upon your registration You undertake to give correct, true and complete
information both about yourself, and for the deceased person. At incorrect, untrue and
incomplete information You declare that You bear the full responsibility. Through the
registration form we collect the following type of information: |

price of the service, to implement on their behalf and at their expense the following deals

support or to completely create the respective type of memorial on their behalf, which
covers the requirements and the possibilities of their clients. |

| The representative is obliged to transfer to the owner of ToLive4ever.com within three
working days, as of the date of filling in of the obligatory details of the request, the
respective sum from the value of concrete memorial as the due discount remains at the
representative. |

| The representative is obliged: |
| |
| to execute the order with the care of a good trader; |
| |
| to submit a bill to the owner of ToLive4ever.com and to transfer to him the results from
the executive deals within the term under p. 2. |

| The representative undertakes to execute the order under conditions and at prices,
established by the owner of ToLive4ever.com. |
| |
| The representative is obliged to execute the order by himself. |
| |
| The representative may assign the execution of the order or of a part of it to another
person only by exclusion if this has happened to be necessary for preservation of the
interests of the owner of ToLive4ever.com, and if the latter would incurred damages from its
non – execution. Substitution of the representative by another person is also allowable in
the cases of explicit written empowering on behalf of the owner of ToLive4ever.com, in
the cases when this is a third legal entity. |

| The representative has the right to receive commission amounting to the current one
calculated on the established formula/ link to the formula/ of the value of the executed
deals subject to the order, concluded by him. |

| The representative owes a default amounting proportionally to the amount of moral and
material damages, caused by him due to non – observance of prescribed policy, prices and the
other conditions of the present contract. |

| The representative does not have the right to create personally or through third persons,
as well as to co – operate in any way to a similar site and to offer similar services
because we pretend that such kind of services are offered for the first time on the internet
space by us, and this will be deemed unfair competition and rude infringement of copyrights
.This operates until our representatives are in any relations with ToLive4ever.com, and in
case of termination for a term of 5 years from their termination.A written notification is
required, as well as confirmation by ToLive4ever.com in order the relations between both
parties to be deemed terminated. |
